To have a safe and enjoyable time with your fire ring please follow all fire safety rules.
- Know if there is a burning restriction in your area.
- Always keep your fire contained in a fire ring.
- Never us flammable liquid to start or keep your fire going.
- Never start a fire under anything low hanging.
- Keep firewood a safe distance from the fire.
- Clear all debris from fire ring area.
- Have a bucket of water and shovel to put out fire when finished.
- Absolutely no running or horseplay near the fire.
- Always have close supervision for children and/or pet when around a fire.
- Teach kids to Stop, Drop, and Roll if their clothes catch fire.
- Keep matches and lighters out of reach of children.
- Do not allow children to play close to the fire.
- Be aware of ember on windy days.
- When finished with the fire be sure that it is totally out.
